Troubleshooting

  1. Switch OFF power and stop using, if the Appliance operates abnormally or if there are signs of overheating
  2. Seek services from Qualified or Licensed personnel for inspection.
  3. Do not insert fingers or objects through the front cover for inspection.
  4. Do not touch the Appliance with wet hands or wet cloth.
  5. Do not spray water or liquid over the Appliance.

Possible Causes and Solution

Power Button pressed with No Response

1.Check Main Power, if OFF, Switch/On.

2.Check Plug connection if loose.

Abnormal Noise 

Check Air Filter, Clean if Clogged

Display “H3” Error Code on screen

Fan Motor failed, Switch Off and call service.

Display “H4” Error Code on screen

Evaporator Temperature Sensor failed, Switch Off and call service.

Display “H7” Error Code on screen

Temperature & Humidity Sensor failed, Switch Off and call service.
